When Jess started, she was trainning at home with limited equipment and on a mission with her self-improvement project to turn her life around before 2026.
Over the past few months, Jess has completely transformed the way she moves, fuels herself, and prioritises her wellbeing - all while training from home and around a busy life.
Alongside improving her fitness, endurance and strength, the biggest changes has been her relationship with food and training. Jess has moved away from 'all or nothing' cycles and found balance - enjoying food and life in a way that supports her training, recovery and hormones.
As a result, she's less inflamed, more resilient, better able to adapt without guilt or spirals and is more in tune with her body.
