I’m 27 and an online fitness coach with a strong passion for strength training and hybrid fitness. Alongside coaching, I’m also a qualified psychiatric nurse with years of experience in mental health and emergency care, giving me a solid foundation in female hormone health, mindset, disordered eating, and personal growth.
I’ve worked with clients preparing for a wide range of goals — including photoshoots, strongwoman/strongman competitions, powerlifting meets, Hyrox events, weight loss and general strength development. Watching clients gain confidence, hit new PBs, or achieve something they once thought impossible is what I find most rewarding.
My background in psychiatry allows me to support clients’ emotional wellbeing as well as their physical progress. I’m a firm believer in balance: no extreme restriction, no endless hours in the gym — just sustainable training and healthy habits that fit into real life and make you feel stronger and happier.
